โปรแกรม Shopee Ads Saver

ภายใต้ โปรแกรม Shopee Ads Saver (“โปรแกรม”) ซึ่งดำเนินการโดยบริษัท ช้อปปี้ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด (“Shopee” หรือ “เรา”) ผู้ขาย PRIME ที่ได้รับการคัดเลือก (“ผู้ขายที่ได้รับเชิญ” หรือ “ท่าน”) จะได้รับเชิญให้ซื้อโฆษณา Shopee Ads ผ่านทาง Seller Center ภายใต้ส่วนลดพิเศษโดยเฉพาะ

ภายใต้โปรแกรมนี้ Shopee จะนำเสนอ แพ็ก Shopee Ads Saver (“Ads Saver Pack”) ให้แก่ท่าน โดยปรับให้เหมาะสมกับร้านค้าของท่านตามประวัติการใช้จ่ายโฆษณา Shopee Ads ในอดีตของท่าน พร้อมส่วนลดจากอัตราค่าบริการโฆษณา Shopee มาตรฐานสูงสุดระหว่าง 10% - 20%โดยบริการโฆษณานี้สำหรับร้านค้าหรือสินค้าในแพลตฟอร์ม Shopee ที่มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อดึงดูดผู้ซื้อและเพิ่มยอดขายร้านค้า โดยช่วยให้ร้านค้าหรือสินค้าได้รับการมองเห็นและการเข้าถึงที่มากขึ้นในตำแหน่งที่มีทราฟฟิกสูงบนแพลตฟอร์ม Shopee (“Shopee Ads”)

หากท่านได้รับเชิญให้เข้าร่วมและได้เข้าร่วมโปรแกรมนี้ ท่านจะได้รับสิทธิประโยชน์และมีหน้าที่ต้องปฏิบัติตามข้อผูกพันตามที่อธิบายไว้ด้านล่างนี้ ทั้งนี้ให้อยู่ภายใต้ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขที่ระบุไว้ในที่นี้ โดยแลกเปลี่ยนกับสิทธิประโยชน์ดังกล่าวท่านขอตกลงยอมเข้าผูกพันตามข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขของ โปรแกรม Shopee Ads Saver ตามที่กำหนดไว้ด้านล่างนี้ (“ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไข”) รวมถึงเงื่อนไขการให้บริการของ Shopeeนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวของ Shopeeและนโยบายอื่น ๆ ที่เผยแพร่บน www.shopee.co.th (ซึ่งเรียกรวมกันว่า “นโยบายของ Shopee”) ซึ่งให้ถือว่าได้ถูกรวมเข้าเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขฉบับนี้โดยปริยาย

1.คุณสมบัติของผู้ขายที่ได้รับเชิญ:

1.1.ณ เวลา/ขณะที่ทำการซื้อ Shopee Ads Saver Pack ผู้ขายที่ได้รับเชิญจะต้อง:

1.1.a.เป็นผู้ขาย PRIME อยู่ในปัจจุบัน;

1.1.b.มีบัญชี Shopee ที่ยังใช้งานอยู่และไม่ถูกระงับ;

1.1.c.มียอดคำสั่งซื้อที่สำเร็จสมบูรณ์แล้วอย่างน้อย 1 ออเดอร์ในเดือนปฏิทินก่อนหน้า

1.2.หากคะแนนบทลงโทษ (penalty point) ของผู้ขายที่ได้รับเชิญเกินกว่าระดับที่ Shopee กำหนดเป็นครั้งคราวตามดุลยพินิจแต่เพียงผู้เดียวของ Shopee ท่านตกลงและยอมรับว่า ท่านอาจถูกจำกัดสิทธิ์ในการใช้จ่ายเครดิตโฆษณาของท่าน

2.แพ็ก Shopee Ads Saver:

2.1.ผู้ขายที่ได้รับเชิญรับทราบและยอมรับว่า แพ็ก Shopee Ads Saver มีให้ท่านเลือกซื้อผ่านทาง Seller Center และได้รับการกำหนดค่า (configured) ตามระดับชั้น (tier) ที่กำหนดให้กับผู้ขายที่ได้รับเชิญแต่ละราย โดยอยู่ภายใต้ดุลยพินิจแต่เพียงผู้เดียวของ Shopee

2.2.รายละเอียดแพ็ก Shopee Ads Saver ที่ผู้ขายสามารถเลือกซื้อได้ ได้แก่:

-แพ็ก Shopee Ads Saver ส่วนลด 10% (10% Discount Ads Saver Pack)

-แพ็ก Shopee Ads Saver ส่วนลด 20% (20% Discount Ads Saver Pack)

ในแต่ละ แพ็ก Shopee Ads Saver จะประกอบด้วยมูลค่าเครดิตโฆษณา Shopee จำนวนตายตัว ที่เสนอให้ในรูปแบบแพ็กเกจส่วนลด (“เครดิตโฆษณา”) เครดิตโฆษณาดังกล่าวประกอบด้วย: (i) เครดิตที่มาจากการซื้อคือ มูลค่าเครดิตโฆษณาที่เทียบเท่ากับจำนวนเงินที่ท่านชำระ (“Paid Credits”) และ (ii) เครดิตโฆษณาฟรีเพิ่มเติม (“Free Credits”) คือ มูลค่าเครดิตโฆษณาเพิ่มเติมที่ให้โดยไม่มีค่าใช้จ่าย โดย Paid Credits และ Free Credits จะเรียกรวมกันว่า “Ads Credits” ซึ่งหมายถึงยอดเครดิตโฆษณารวมทั้งหมดที่ท่านจะได้รับเมื่อทำการซื้อแพ็ก Shopee Ads Saver ที่ท่านเลือก ดังนั้น ท่านจะชำระเงินในมูลค่าที่ต่ำกว่า มูลค่าที่แท้จริง ของเครดิตโฆษณาบน Shopee ที่ท่านได้รับรวมทั้งหมดจากแพ็กดังกล่าว

3.ระยะเวลาการใช้งานเครดิต:

ท่านรับทราบและยอมรับว่า ทั้ง Paid Credits และ Free Credits ภายใต้แพ็ก Shopee Ads Saver ที่ท่านซื้อ จะมีอายุการใช้งานเป็นระยะเวลา สามสิบ (30) วัน นับจากวันที่ทำการซื้อ ระบบของ Shopee จะเริ่มนับระยะเวลาการใช้งานโดยอัตโนมัติในวันที่มีการโอนเครดิตโฆษณาเข้าสู่บัญชีของท่าน เครดิตโฆษณาใด ๆ ที่ไม่ได้มีการใช้งานภายในระยะเวลา 30 วันดังกล่าว จะหมดอายุโดยอัตโนมัติเมื่อสิ้นสุดกำหนดเวลา และ จะไม่มีการขยายระยะเวลาการใช้งานไม่ว่ากรณีใด ๆ

4.ข้อจำกัด:

4.1.Ads Credits ไม่สามารถขอคืนได้ และไม่สามารถแลกคืนเป็นเงินสด โอน หรือเปลี่ยนเป็นรูปแบบเครดิตประเภทอื่นได้

4.2.สิทธิในการได้รับและใช้ Ads Credits

ไม่สามารถโอนให้กับร้านค้าอื่น หรือบัญชีผู้ขายอื่นได้

4.3.จำนวนแพ็ก Shopee Ads Saver Pack ที่เปิดให้ซื้อมีจำกัด

และจะให้สิทธิตามลำดับก่อน–หลังตามเวลาที่ทำการซื้อ (first-come, first-served basis)

4.4.Shopee สงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลง แก้ไข หรือยกเลิกข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขเหล่านี้ ได้โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า

4.5.คู่สัญญาแต่ละฝ่ายจะต้องรับผิดชอบในการชำระภาษี อากร และค่าธรรมเนียมต่าง ๆ ของตนเองตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด

4.6.ในกรณีที่ผู้ขายที่ได้รับเชิญเป็น นิติบุคคล ท่านมีหน้าที่ต้องจัดส่งหนังสือรับรองการหักภาษี ณ ที่จ่ายให้แก่ Shopee ภายใน สามสิบ (30) วัน ตามขั้นตอนที่ระบุไว้ในระบบ Shopee Seller Center การขอใบกำกับภาษีเต็มรูปแบบ สามารถดำเนินการได้ผ่านระบบ Shopee Seller Center เท่านั้น และต้องเป็นไปตามรอบการวางบิลที่ Shopee กำหนด

Terms and Conditions

Shopee Ads Saver Program

Under the “Shopee Ads Saver Program” (“Shopee Ads Saver Program” or “Program”) operated by Shopee (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (“Shopee” or “we”), selected PRIME sellers(“Invited Seller” or “you”) will be invited to purchase Shopee Ads via Seller Center under an exclusive discount.

As part of this Program, Shopee will offer you a Shopee Ads Saver Pack (“Ads Saver Pack”), tailored to your shop based on your historical Shopee ads spending, with up to 10% - 20% off the standard Shopee Ads rate. Ads are advertising services for stores or products on the Shopee platform intended to attract buyers and boost store sales, increasing visibility and reach in high-traffic areas of the Shopee platform (“Shopee Ads”).

If you are invited to and do participate in this program, you will receive the benefits and must fulfil the obligations described below, subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein. In consideration thereof, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of Shopee Ads Saver Program set forth hereunder (“Terms and Conditions”), in addition to Shopee’s Terms of Service, Shopee’s Privacy Policy, and other policies published atwww.shopee.co.th (collectively, the "Shopee Policies"), which shall be incorporated by reference.

1.Qualification:

1.1.At the point of purchasing Ads Saver Pack, the Invited Seller must:

1.1.a.Be a currentPRIME Seller ;

1.1.b.Have a live Shopee account which has not been suspended;

1.1.c.have at least 1 completed order from the preceding month.

1.2.If the Invited Seller’s penalty point exceeds the threshold as determined by Shopee in its sole and absolute discretion from time to time, you accept and agree that you may be restricted from spending the Ads Credits.

2.Ads Saver Pack:

2.1.The Invited Seller acknowledges and accepts that the Ads Saver Packs are available for purchase via Seller Center and are configured based on the tier assigned to the Invited Sellers, as solely determined by Shopee.

2.2.There will be two (2) Ads Saver Packs available for the Invited Seller to purchase:

-10% Discount Ads Saver Pack

-20% Discount Ads Saver Pack

Each Ads Saver Pack consists of a fixed amount of Shopee Ads credits offered at a discounted package price (“Ads Credits”). These Ads Credits are made up of (i) paid ads credits, which are equivalent to the amount you pay (“Paid Credits”), and (ii) additional free ads credits (“Free Credits”). The Paid Credits and Free Credits are collectively referred to as “Ads Credits”, i.e. the total credits you will receive upon purchasing the selected Ads Saver Pack. This means you will pay less than the actual value of the Shopee Ads Credits received.

3.Validity period:

You acknowledge and accept that both Paid Credits and Free Credits under this Ads Saver Pack you purchase will be valid for thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. Shopee’s system will automatically commence the validity period on the date on which the Ads credits are injected into your account. Any unused credits will expire automatically at the end of the 30‑day period and will not be extended under any circumstances

4.Limitations:

4.1.Ads Credits are non‑refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred, or exchanged for other forms of credit.

4.2.The right to receive and use the Ads Credits cannot be transferred to another store or seller account.

4.3.The available Ads Saver Pack is limited and will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.

4.4.Shopee reserves the right to change, amend, or cancel these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.

4.5.Each party shall be responsible for paying its own taxes, duties, and fees as required by law. In the case that the Invited Seller is a juristic person, you shall have a duty to submit a withholding tax certificate to Shopee within thirty (30) days, in accordance with the procedures specified in Shopee Seller Center. Requests for a full tax invoice can be made through the Shopee Seller Center system only in accordance with the billing cycles specified by Shopee.
